(Elkton, Md.) –BrightBloom Centers is excited to announce the grand opening celebration for its new Elkton Center at 200 South Bridge Street on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. The community open house features a ribbon-cutting ceremony, guided center tours, a staff meet-and-greet, gifts and light refreshments.
