              Event Description:
              Join the Historical Society of Cecil County's Second Annual Bootleggers' Ball ! Our special guests will be authors Gregory and Nicole Priebe, who will talk to us about their book Forgotten Maryland Cocktails: A History of Drinking in the Free State. The Priebes will also hold a book signing. The winning tickets for our raffle will be drawn and the silent auction winners will be announced after the presentation. Then, let?s all go celebrate the repeal of prohibition at North Street Hotel!
