              Travel back in time with Susan McLellan Plaisted as we explore typical foods hungry travelers would have been served at taverns like Rodgers Tavern. Susan is the proprietress of Heart to Hearth Cookery offering lectures and demonstrations of 17th to 19th century cooking methods and is the Coordinator of Foodways at Pennsbury Manor, the recreated home of Pennsylvania's founder, William Penn.
