              Perryville, MD - July 10, 2019 – The Town of Perryville welcomes visitors to join us at the annual Tap Into The Tavern festival at historic Rodgers Tavern. Explore this historic home, sit along the banks of the Susquehanna River, enjoy great music, delicious food and sample beverages from the region’s finest craft breweries and local wineries all while walking the same grounds our Founding Fathers once did. A frequent visitor during his time, George Washington would approve!
               
              Instead of traveling all over Maryland to taste local beverages, travel back in time to sip wines and craft beers made in Maryland just like historic tavern guests would. Visitors will enjoy craft beer samples from Raven Beer, Firetown Farm Brewery, Valhalla Brewing Company, Elk River Brewing Company, and Bayshead Brewing Company. Maryland wine lovers will enjoy a selection of local wines from Broken Spoke Winery, Cove Point Winery, Boordy Winery, and Olney Winery.
               
              The General Admission ticket $25 includes entrance into Rodgers Tavern Museum, samples of beer and wine from local producers, live music, and delicious food for purchase. Designated Driver tickets $5 also include entrance into Rodgers Tavern Museum, live music, and food for purchase.
