              Event Description:

              Body Force Fitness is holding a Mobility Clinic.


              Many people in everyday life do not do enough to stay mobile, sitting in an office or car all day really makes you tight and if you do not take time to work on mobility you can have increased risk of injury and chronic pain.

              We will be hosting a mobility clinic on Saturday, March 10th at 9:15AM. Coach Alex will be presenting some basic mobility exercises and walking you through the technique to implement these exercises into your routine.

              This clinic is FREE to ALL Body Force Members, Guests/Non-members are welcome for $10. We request that you lets us know in advance if you plan to attend.
