              Dr. Henry Taylor is the Deputy Health Officer for Cecil County and a Physician. His focus at the Health Department is on our community's capacity to deal with crisis and change. If this winter is like others, the approaching cold weather will bring a variety of sniffles, coughs and more. Dr. Taylor will provide timely information on what we need to watch out for and how to protect ourselves.
