              Dr. D'Ette Devine, Superintendent of Schools, will outline key initiatives for the coming school year, discuss the transition to the new Cecil County School of Technology, share major achievements from the past year, and provide an update with the most recent student demographics. Dr. Devine will also be joined by Tari Moore, Cecil County Executive, to discuss future plans and economic development opportunities for the property at 912 Appleton Road.
