              Resources for Market Analysis & Evaluation January 12, 2017 This module is all about understanding globalization and global strategy. We will explore various frameworks for making strategic “global” decisions. Organizations should expand internationally for the right reasons and in this module we will take a strategic look at competing in a global world. We will learn how to determine if it makes sense to expand overseas and if so, we must determine expansion priorities.
