              Event Description:
              This event is being held to raise awareness of the opiod epidemic in our County. In honor of David Miller, all citizens are asked to participate in a group display of concern and unity. Voices of Hope for Cecil County will have treatment and support information available. Giveaways and promotions will be available. The first 100 people will receive a free T-shirt.
