It is both the process of creating art work and, the completed work of art that assist in the healing and growth process. We present this remarkable exhibit in May annually as May is National Mental Health Awareness Month as one way to educate the community about mental health and to advocate for the awareness, support and treatment it deserves. It the goal of Upper Bay Counseling & Support Services, Inc., to honor the boys, girls, youth, men and women who participate in UBCSS programs and their artistic contributions as they help advocate for, and educate us, as a community, about mental health. This is their chance to show off their work and be proud of their artistic accomplishments and creations. The artists have a lot to be proud of!
