              The pace of modern life is stressful, need a way of calming or focusing your mind? Using basic drawing materials and learning some easy to draw patterns we will learn to focus our minds while creating classically inspired mandalas. If you can draw a dash, a triangle, a parenthesis and some dots you can make a mandala.
