Come to the Chamber office on Friday, September 25, anytime between 11AM and 12:30PM to learn about the "Corporate Fit Challenge" presented by Body Force Fitness and the Cecil County Chamber! Hear what the Challenge has to offer you and your team! No charge to attend, free refreshments!
Program Details
Corporate Fit Challenge Includes:- Initial strategy session with each participant to map out his/her route to success for the challenge
- 2 - Follow up sessions with your coach to check the progress and stay inspired.
- 1- Dedicated Corporate FIT Challenge Team workout per week (all participants)
- Unlimited Access to our Team Training
- 4 ? Dedicated personalized training sessions (semi-private)
- 24/7 Access to the facility
- Individualized programming to complete on your own at the gym or at home.
- Corporate Fitness Challenges Success Journal with Nutrition Plan.
