Beginning Calligraphy - Italic: Class 1 /Refresh

Level: Beginner (or those wanting a brush up!)

Would you like to add calligraphy to your skillset to enhance and personalize your own hand made cards, invitations, scrapbooks, bookmarks, etc.? In this class you will learn the foundations of creating calligraphic italic letters. (And you don’t have to have good handwriting to learn calligraphy!) The workshop focus will be on lower case italic letters written with a broad edged tool. Each student can expect to receive several exemplars (templates), a notebook and the opportunity to communicate with Patti after the class for additional help and/or critique. Calligraphic writing tools will be available for your use with an option to purchase at the end of the workshop. We will take a short break for lunch.
